They watch market trends and availability daily for indications of change in quantity, quality, price and even trends.

The sales staff at Spokane Produce is comprised of individuals with retail produce merchandising/management as well as food service specialists. Many of our sales people began their career in produce department, and became accomplished produce managers. Their successful experience in the retail produce department is a valuable asset that is shared with our customers, whether it is a simple question over the phone, or an 'in-store' merchandising visit. Our experienced food service specialists tune in with today's chefs, updating them with current market conditions and the newest, fresh product arrivals. The goal of the Spokane Produce sales staff is to provide each of our customers with the finest quality fresh fruits and vegetables and distinguished customer service.
