“CHICKEN BOWTIE”
Chicken Bowtie pasta is a delicious salad; it can be served as a side dish or it can be very satisfying as a main dish for lunch. You can add anything as an extra to this pasta salad, but the basic recipe contains bowtie pasta, spinach, chicken, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
Farfalle is a type of pasta; commonly known as “bow-tie pasta”, the name is derived from the Italian word farfalla better know as butterfly. Farfalle comes in several sizes, but it has a very distinct bowtie shape. The pasta is rectangle and then pinched in the middle to give it its unique shape. Different varieties of the pasta are: plain, tomato, and spinach. The pasta is best made with chicken and in a cream or tomato sauce.
